You may recognise Caitlin Forrest as being our Front Office Administrator but after just 3 months, she was quickly promoted to Property Manager. She showed that Real Estate is her passion & was offered the position after receiving her qualifications.

Caitlin has been enjoying working with both landlords and tenants more closely. Excellent communication and working well under pressure are what makes her a great Property Manager.

She works with empathy and compassion and does everything she can to ensure that her landlords get the most out of their investment, yet at the same time making sure that our tenants have a safe and comfortable home to live in.

Having worked in the customer service & administration field for years, Caitlin has a strong understanding of what it takes to provide exceptional service. She focuses on making sure each client has 100% satisfaction by effectively communicating and always having successful outcomes. You will see how willing Caitlin is to help you out with any queries you have regarding your property.

Caitlin is excited to follow in her grandparent’s footsteps by working her way into the Real Estate industry. She knows this is a career she can thrive in and is eager to keep growing her experience as she goes on. She has lived on the Sunshine Coast for most of her life after moving from Wales when she was younger. Caitlin loves living near the beautiful beaches where she spends most of her time swimming and relaxing in the sun. If she is not at the beach, you can find her training at the gym or spending time with her friends, family, and dog.
